On my 4.8V battery pack, I would see 0.050V and with my starter battery I would see. I found that it would run a single glow plug regardless of the battery at a very low voltage. I just sent a new, out of the package unit, back to them as the only way I could get the thing to drive both plugs on my FT160 was to use my starter battery. Bring it back to the run position (1/4 for me!) and the original symptom comes back!
